Registering A Domain
Registering a suitable domain name is extremely important for
your business. However domain names are registered on a first come - first serve
basis. Unfortunately this means anyone can register the name of your company or organization
!
Even if you are not currently planning a web site you
should ensure that you register the domain name(s) you need before somebody else
does.
Our domain name pricing is among the lowest you'll find anywhere and all
domains come with FREE web and e-mail forwarding or parking for the lifetime of
the domain:
Prices are fully inclusive of all registration fees and includes DNS Setup.

Which domain type is right for me ?
There are various domain extensions ( TLD's ) available, most can be
registered by anybody but some have restrictions - below is a short guide to the
different types :
| .com |
This is an abbreviation for 'Company' and is the preferred
international TLD ( Top Level Domain ) for any business or company web
site. However you do not have to prove your company credentials to
register a .com domain, indeed many are owned by private individuals.
.com is still by far the most prestigious domain and top names such as
business.com have been sold for millions of pounds. |
| .net |
The .net TLD was originally instigated to offer a unique international
extension for Internet based companies ( ISP's , hosting companies etc.
) to differentiate them from .com's. However with no restrictions placed
on who could order the domain it has quickly become another generic
company domain name and is often snapped up by people who's preferred
name has already been taken in the .com variation. |
| .org |
This TLD is for use by international 'Organizations', typically
charities and non-profit organizations though anyone can register an
.org domain. |
| .biz |
This TLD is for use by any web site. Most suitable for business
sites. |
